Rental Policy

Hire period

Rental rates are classified according to the following hire periods: 1- 6 days; 7-10 days; 11+ days.

Unlimited mileage per day
All of our daily rental rates are on an unlimited mileage per day, allowing you to travel as much as you like.

Drivers Licence

The driver must have a valid driving licence for at least one year (minimum 21 years of age).

Reservation & Payment

A compulsory deposit of Rs 15,000 (cash or credit card) is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable at the end of the rental provided the petrol tank is full and no damage has been caused to the vehicle. (*** All major credit cards are accepted).

Petrol / Diesel

The vehicles will be supplied with a full tank of fuel at the commencement of your hire. It must be returned with a full tank at the end, or the cost of refueling will be charged against your deposit.

Vehicle insurance

Cars are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy. In the unlikely event of an accident, the hirer is responsible for the first Rs 15,000. This may be reduced to Rs 8,500 by payment of an extra daily charge of Rs 160 (CDW).

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES

PAI (Passenger's Accident Insurance) which is Rs. 110 per day. Maximum Recovery in case of accident (for passenger from 6 to 65 years old).

Medical expenses: max Rs. 50,000.

Death or physical disability: max Rs. 300,000.

Fuel & VAT 15%.
