The "Ocean Studios" are all in a 3-floor building is located on the hillside of La Gaulette near Le Morne on the south-west coast of Mauritius. The building counts one 2-bedroom apartment and 5 studios as follows:

- On the ground floor: *Studio "Marlin"* in a Beige colour-scheme and *Studio "Sole"* in a green colour-scheme,
- On the middle floor: *Studio "Salmon"* and *Studio "Bonito"* in a yellow colour-scheme. They can communicate in case more than 2 persons rent both together.
- On the top floor: *Studio "Tuna"* also in a Beige colour scheme and the *"Carp" 2-bedroom apartment* in a blue colour scheme. Again, they can communicate to form a comfortable 5-bedroom apartment.

All studios count a large bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony with sea view. They all have WiFi Internet connection.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned LCD and are fitted with T.V sets with satellite channels.
