This trekking excursion begins at the Frédérica old chimney and will take you through the river reserve. You will walk along the banks of the latter up to a waterfall where refreshments will be served.





Optional : The Wellness Trek

 

This trek is an option that prepares you to the trekking excursion. It consists of a health and wellness walk of one hour and invites you to enjoy nature’s ambiance with five stops that combine special stretching and breathing exercises.
