It is in the new business centre of Ebene that Patrice Dumont has decided to create his Atelier. That restaurant, modern, rustic at the same time, with its outside terrace and fountain, will welcome you to offer to you a Mediterranean cuisine, elegant and fresh. Dishes as mille-feuille of tomato, feta and watermelon with basil and mint, A la plancha sea bass roasted with candied lemon puree with fresh herbs and yogurt. Panna cotta with a fresh orange marmalade. Of course the famous chef‘s melting 70% chocolate cake is still on the menu for the dessert’s lover.
L’Atelier is the perfect venue to spend a pleasant evening and have a great experience around a trough meal, new dishes and where you can also learn about the basis of the chef’s skills or to take a full course by coming down if the afternoon for private people or company for team buildings.
The restaurant has a great and huge kitchen open totally to the main dining room and the bar. Two private rooms are available; the first for a maximum of 10 people and the second one can fit up to 50 people for lunch or dinner or 70 people for conference with all the required equipment. That special room is ideal for full day meetings; air conditioning is available in there and will allow you to spend a great working day, followed by a nice lunch either in here or in the main restaurant’s room.
The zinc bar is the perfect place to get a drink between friends before sitting on the warmed eggplant colour banquette. Furniture are modern in wood painted acrylic, curved and generous.
The restaurant can fit from 50 to 130 covers according to the required set up. With its outside terrace and around the fountain the number of seats can reach up to 250 people for a served dinner or 350 for a standing finger buffet or cocktail.
The restaurant is open:
• Monday and Tuesday for breakfast, and lunch from 8.00 am to 5 .00 pm
• From Wednesday to Saturday, at breakfast, lunch and dinner, 8.00 am to midnight.
• For all the other days, at lunch or dinner a minimum of 20 people will be required and under booking only
with special menus.
