La Clef des Champs's cuisine is whole-hearted, crafted by Jacqueline Dalais's art and self-established standards recognised by her peers across the globe. A true and straight forward approach to taste with expertise in the selection of the product and a special attention to its freshness and genuineness. A creative cuisine, generous in flavour.

Cooking being a living art in constant evolution, the menu is regularly reviewed to include new dishes to please the gourmets, including the vegetarians and those fond of sweets. An elaborated wine-list elaborated by Jérôme Faure, president of the association of the sommeliers of Mauritius.
