Kiteival Mauritius – 6th Edition

The Kiteival is one of the highlights in the now quite busy kitesurfing calendar of Mauritius. Its 6th edition will take place between the 18th and the 25th of August 2013.

Contained in its name, the Kiteival is a festive event consisting mainly of downwind trips open to all levels, except absolute beginners, where confirmed riders and security boats ensure that its all just great fun. Competitions will occur only the last day with freestyle and wave-riding competitions and races will take place. The jury will consist of international professional riders, invited at the event.

Program:

Sunday 19th of August – Downwind from “Bel Ombre” to “Le Morne” (South coast)

Tuesday 21st of August - Downwind from “Pointe d'Esny” to “Trou d'Eau Douce” (East coast)

Wednesday 22nd of August - Downwind from “Palmar” to “Poste Lafayette” (North-east coast)

Thursday 23rd of August - Downwind from “Roches Noires” to “Anse-la-Raie” (North coast)

The event being co-organised by the Lux* Resorts, special rates and conditions are proposed to the foreign participants.
