Details of excursions - BS 1100

Individual seats are available on board the BS1100 (10-seater submarine) for a 1 hour dive 9 of which 40 minutes at minus 35 metres.) Comfortably seated in the air-conditioned cabin, watching through your individual window, the beauty of the coral barrier, the wreck of the “Star Hope” and an anchor of a 17th century vessel. The whole trip is commented by our pilots who are all acquainted to marine biology.

The whole excursion takes approximately 2 hours, including 1 hour dive of which 40 minutes at minus 35 metres.

Operational every day except on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.
Dives every hour, from 9.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. (winter) or 5.00 p.m. (summer.)

Details of excursions - Subscooters

Accompanied by 4 other subscooters and by 2 divers, discover the beauty of the barrier reefs at 3 meters below sea level. We have identified 2 diving spots; Mont Choisy and Pointe aux Canonniers, (both off the North coast of Mauritius,) for their rich fauna and flora where myriads of small colourful fish meander between corals such as the "corail cerveau" or the "corail branchu".

The immersion platform is equipped with showers, allowing you to rinse the salt away and be ready for your next excursion and discovery of Mauritius Island.

Duration and meeting point
The meeting point is at Blue Safari’s kiosk, opposite the Coralia Hotel, Mont Choisy. The excursion requiring a boat transfer, preparations and a briefing, the total duration is of about 2 hours, for a 30 minutes dive.

The main characteristic of the BS 600 submarine is that it offers a panoramic view. The cabin is a vertical cylinder made of methacrylate which is completely transparent. This excursion starts by a personalised welcome.
Comfortably seated inside the air-conditioned cabin, it’s like having lunch with the fish.

Depending on your choice, our pilot will make you discover the coral reefs, the undersea world, the wreck of the "Star Hope" or the other submarine underwater and will serve you a delicious meal including fine wine.

Your underwater wedding (Duration: 2 hrs including 40 minutes under water)
What an original way to exchange vows! A diving cameraman will make this moment unforgettable. A souvenir video clip of 20 minutes will be offered.

Depending on your choice, our pilot will make you discover the coral reefs, the undersea world, the wreck of the "Star Hope" or dive alongside the BS 1100, the other submarine view its behaviour underwater.
