Vouchers will not be exchanged or reimbursed unless stated differently in the following clauses. Voucher must be kept and presented to the tour guide and if the tour has been canceled presented for a refund.

Late comers will not be entitled to the trip unless the other participants agree to wait and it does not affect the nature of the trip.

Each participant will have to fill in an indemnity form and match with the medical and safety criteria of the company. If the participant does not conform, he/she may be refused to participate and will be entitled to a refund.

The trip may be changed, modified or canceled and no refund will be made. Voucher will be reimbursed if the trip is canceled before the start.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to phone one of the two numbers on the voucher to reserve his/her place for the trip and to confirm the date, venue and time as well as the amount due. No reclamation will be accepted afterward.
