No ticket will be refunded unless the outing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.

Bad Weather.

The activities shall continue in case of cloudy weather and even shower unless the safety of the group [customers] is concerned.

Yemaya Ltd will be the only party entitled to decide whether the activities shall be canceled, postponed or maintained.
