Le Château de Labourdonnais

Visitors can stroll into the gardens and orchards to discover the richness of the domain. Besides endemic plants, the park contains some fifty varieties of old mango trees, spices like nutmeg or clove, and many exotic fruit trees such as the pomme jacot, the sapodilla, the jamalac and the Kythira plum. During their stroll, visitors will discover an old park where giant tortoises, from Aldabra, graze peacefully.

The orchards' fruits - papaya, mango, guava or passion fruit - are used in the manufacture of a range of products using no colorings or artificial flavors and are sold under the label « Les Vergers de Labourdonnais ».  These natural flavors can be discovered and bought at the shop.
